We provide technology, automation, messaging, hosting, and integration services. Services are provided on an evolving basis and may be modified or enhanced.

Users are responsible for lawful communication when using integrations such as WhatsApp. Third-party platform terms apply independently.
Data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and POPIA obligations. Users remain responsible for lawful submission of third-party data.
All proprietary technology remains property of Vambita (Pty) Ltd unless agreed otherwise.
We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Where services are provided on a paid or subscription basis:
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
